Does what it's advertised to do. Fits the upside-down micro-usb connector like a glove. Take the insert out and I can leave my Rezound in the Seidio case.

I got this cradle because I wanted an easy way to charge the phone overnight. The cradle works GREAT. It is easy to connect. I can keep the a case on the phone and also charge a spare battery. It also has a data transfer cable that I use with HTC SYNC to transfer files to the phones SD card. All in all this is just want I was looking for and at a good value. This works great for me. I got it on Amazon and it shipped fast.

This product would be good for people who spend lots of time outdoors, and can't readily use a car or wall charger for their devices. Backpackers, fishermen, etc, would probably like this. Or if you want emergency power. Otherwise, you're probably better off going with something else. As the packaging states, it's "Emergency Cell Phone Power".
The product takes forever to charge - a one hour charge gives you just enough to make a 5-10 minute phone call. It takes something like 8-10 hours to get a full charge.
The biggest drawback for me is that the unit can only be charged up to 500 times. This would equate to just over a year if you used it everyday. You can't really go green with this thing, since you'd have to replace it every 12-18 months.
On the plus side, it is solar powered, and comes with lots of different tips for devices. It's also cheaper than a other brands that I've seen.
OK for emergencies, but not everyday use. Maybe the next generation product can charge faster, and have a longer battery life.

I bought this a month back and tried using it many times but it just doesn't work. After a full day under the sun, I managed to charge my phone for 15 seconds. I tried leaving under the sun for a few days on my dashboard, and it still charges my phone for 15 seconds and switched itself off. Tried this 6 times till now, doesn't get to change a single mobile phone at all I don't know why Amazon is selling this kind of inferior product. Don't buy this item. You are better of using other electrical chargers.

When my Speck "candy" case broke at the bottom, I decided on this model. My research on carbon polymer says that it's the hardest subtance out there and that sounded good enough for my iphone's protection needs! what arrived looks like a slightly shaded plastic shell. It fits the phone well and has a nice flexible feel, but is it actually carbon polymer? I really doubt it. The manufacturer should provide more information online regarding this product.

This battery won't charge and hold a charge properly. With the battery installed, I connect the phone charger to the phone. Almost immediately, the green light comes on and it says "charging complete". But when I disconnect the charger, the battery indicator drops to 3 bars (out of 4) after only a minute or two, while not even using the phone.

I tried 5 other batteries and companies before this one, and none seemed to last all that long. One, (from Just Cellular) would last approx 3 minutes of call time.I tried 3 sets of them before giving up. Other companies were the same, until trying this battery. I get about 3-4 days out of one charge now on my Pebl (same as a Razr, different package). I am not a huge talker, but I do have the phone on standby quite a few hours a day.

Noticed that 2 other reviewers had problems with this battery, but I have to chime in on the success side.
My Phone is a Razr V3r, Silkscreened for T-Mobile. I got it in early 2007. The Razr was never known for long battery life with it's original BR50 battery. after 4 years my original battery got to the point where it only last about 13 hours. OK as long as I put it on the charger every day as soon as I got home, but time for a new one. I picked up 2 of the 4 dollar batteries, but they only lasted for about 1.5 to 2 days. The Razr came out in 2005, and some of the "spare" batteries are that old. They don't last forever sitting in a warehouse, and it's not always possible to bring them to life with a series of charge/deep discharge cycles.
This battery lasted 5.5 days on it's first charge then started lasting a full 7 days. The original battery lasted about 3.5 days. That meant that if I took it off the Charger Monday morning I'd better remember to put it back on the charger Wednesday night, I may or may not run into problems if I use the phone Thursday. This battery will give me more breathing room.
I don't make a lot of phone calls. It probably won't last that long for others. But a big improvement over the original, even when it had a new BR50 battery.
The 8 bucks or so I spent for the two 4 dollar batteries plus the 5 bucks S;H was just a total waste of money. This was a "new" battery, it came on a card inside a bubble pack, just like in a retail store.

6 Month update. The battery has not degraded and still lasts 7 days on a charge.

Do not expect this to provide your iPhone with 2 complete charges as stated. It only provides a brief charge providing some added time to use your iPhone. It would not even provide enough power to give one full charge. In fact, when I left it connected to my iPhone hoping it would eventually show the iPhone fully charged, it appeared to begin discharging the iPhone.
It takes a couple of hours to charge the Lenmar battery each time it is used. This battery is strictly an emergency only type accessory.

This is a nice looking quality device that comes with all the connectors most people will need. The mini is very small about one third the size of the regular power port which isn't very big. I would recommend this device only for emergency back up for a cellphone because I used it on my cellphone and was only able to get 40% more power from a 30% charge. That only gave me 70% total after an hour of charging before it died on me and needed a recharge which takes two hours. There's no way this little thing will charge two devices but it looks good.

Let me start by saying I have only owned this for about 2 weeks. Also, this is not only my first charging case for the iPhone, but also my first USB charging battery pack.
I did the research, I know what's out there. This case does everything i was hoping it would do, and a little more.

I have had trouble syncing my phone with iTunes on my Win 7 pc BEFORE this product. But once i got that fixed it has been fine. Never had an error with this device either. I understand that there are units with better batteries and more power. But this is the best for my situation. My phone is about a year old and barely lasted a day NEW. Now with my Bluetooth headphones and earpiece, it dies REALLY fast. This about doubles the life. It can last more than a full day, and if i stay at someones house, most likely they have a micro USB adapter. That is one thing i have not heard from anyone else, this case increases the chances of being able to charge my phone at someone else's place. I just bought a generic car charger for my iPhone! Just be sure to match the voltage. I have a BT device charger which will NOT charge the phone, it will charge the case, but it takes all night; if i plug it into the wall, it's perfect. The LED is EASY to turn on and off. You can hit it in your pocket while raking it out for lighting in a dark hallway, or as someone else pointed out: menu's at restaurants. It isn't lined up perfectly for close pictures, and is almost useless at a distance. That being said, I'm SOOOO glad i have it. A friend pointed out that you should be easily able to change the battery for this, but i saw no documentation for this. It would be nice, but not a big deal. One complaint is that the iPhone will sometimes display the yellow exclamation mark claiming: "Charging not supported with this accessory." But, as Roy says: 'switch it off then on again' helps this instantly.

This case is nearly perfect.
Pros
More than doubles the battery life (essential if you play games (Angry Birds, Uno, etc) that are power drains).
Protects your iPhone 4 from damage if dropped
Adds minimal bulk. I've tried other battery cases (including one with a cool "kickstand" for watching videos on planes and such) that turns the sleek iPhone 4 into a 1998-reminiscent brick).
Syncs with iTunes and iPhoto automatically when you plug in the USB to your computer. This also charges it - both the case and the iPhone. You never need remove the iPhone from the case to charge and sync.
Fits ANY iPhone 4 from either AT;T or Verizon
Cost: AMAZING value. It's better than any other battery-case for iPhone 4 and yet it is the most affordable.
Cons (only a small one)
Doesn't come with a little plug attachment that would let you charge directly into a wall socket (but the ones from Apple and for any USB device are compatible). So you must plug it into your computer to charge if you don't have one.
I've had iPhones since the day they came out in 2007 and the battery life tended to get shorter and shorter with each passing generation. I travel for work a bit and en route play a lot of games (Angry Birds, Uno) and also watch movies (two uses that really drain the battery fast).
I also tend to drop my phone a lot. iPhone 4's are very delicate, with their sharp edges and glass display. I knew I'd soon drop it and it would either shatter or one of the edges would get marred (and I hate when that happens).
To recap: The Lenmar Battery Powered Case for Apple iPhone was the perfect solution for my needs:
1) Battery extension
2) Protection
3) Minimal bulk
4) Ability to sync and charge without removing the phone from the case
5) Cost: AMAZING value and better than products more than double the price
Two thumbs up for this product.

I really wanted to love this charging case. It feels great in hand, doesn't add a lot of bulk, provides good protection to the back and sides, plus gives a little lip for the front to protect the glass when you set the phone down on its face. Now for the bad... the product says it will sync with itunes when the iphone is in the case, and you plug the USB cord into your computer. When I did that, Windows7 produced an error that it couldn't recognize the USB device that I plugged in. It also doesn't pass charging through to the iphone when plugged in that way, it only charges the case. Therefore, the iphone continues to lose power, while the case charges. Big fail. Like I said, I really wanted to love this product, the design is great, but it just didn't work for me. Maybe mine was just defective and others will have better luck. I have an iphone 4s, by the way, and it works perfectly with the USB ports on this computer when it's not mounted in the charging case. So, if it didn't work for me, why give it two stars instead of one? I gave them a little extra credit for a nice physical design.
